Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will grant you full authority over your e-mailboxes and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can set up a new electronic mail account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, activate e-mail filters, create autoresponders and secure your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email mailbox accounts against junk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable e-mails will find their way into your email box. Your email messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming emails based on certain criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and set the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Simply select the e-mail box account you wish to redirect e-mail messages from, then select the target email mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your preference to access your email mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you would like to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple electronic mail accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will do the rest.
